ACCESSIBILITY
The paths at Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden are mainly gravel so might not be suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. Some of the sculptures located in the parkland are accessible via a mown grass path. We have two disabled car parking spaces available which must be booked in advance. Please do get in touch to reserve one for your visit.
FOOTWEAR
We advise that visitors wear suitable footwear as our garden and parkland has uneven ground in places.
Keen on Green
At Thirsk Hall we are dedicated to reducing our carbon footprint and looking after this fantastic green space for future generations. In 2020, Thirsk Hall and Thirsk Hall Farms planted 500 trees and we positioned 20 bird boxes around the site to encourage wildlife. In 2021 we are vegetable sufficient, with all excess produce from the Kitchen Garden being donated to local food banks; and cut flowers to the local care homes. It would be hugely appreciated that visitors remove any rubbish they might have and dispose of it properly. Please help us in our mission to protect the environment.
